“I had the pleasure of working with Christian Perez as my real estate agent, and I can confidently say that he exceeded my expectations. I needed to sell my home quickly due to some unfortunate circumstances and Christian helped me sell my home at the market price before we even had the open house. We were nervous it wasn't going to sell quickly due to the market downturn but I think the way he went about marketing was the key to getting it sold quickly. Our home had an unauthorized addition and our city was so strict that they were telling us that we had to demolish it or bring it up to code and this was going to affect the price dramatically. Due to Christian having many great and knowledgeable connections, he was able solve this problem with a couple phone calls. I think the fact that Christian thinks as an investor and works with many investors was key to getting a quick sale at such a high price. This is important because an investor will try to make something work from any angle possible and usually out of the box thinking is required. Christian went above and beyond to ensure that the sale of the house went smoothly. He was professional and always had a positive attitude, even when facing challenging situations. He was also very honest and transparent throughout the entire process, which gave me peace of mind that no surprises at the last minute would pop up. “We met Christian and explained to him exactly where stood with the buying process and not long after, he hit the ground running! As soon as we sent over favorites, he booked the appointments. We were worried the house wouldnt get sold because there was a more affordable house being sold down the block but our house was actually sold before the other one! Within a month we were moving out which was much sooner than i had expected. He had a great team come photograph and 3D video the entire place so my house had its own beautiful profile online.
