Equal Housing Opportunity. I work with everyone, and I treat every client, buyer, seller, and renter the same.
My commitment
I'm committed to the letter and spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act and California's fair housing laws. I don't discriminate against anyone in the sale, purchase, rental, financing, or advertising of housing based on:
- Race or color
- Religion
- Sex, gender, gender identity, or gender expression
- Sexual orientation
- Marital status
- National origin or ancestry
- Familial status, including having children under 18 or being pregnant
- Disability, medical condition, or genetic information
- Source of income, including housing assistance
- Age
- Veteran or military status
- Citizenship, immigration status, or primary language
- Any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law
What that means in practice
- I describe homes and neighborhoods with facts anyone can check, not with words that suggest who belongs somewhere.
- I show every client every home that fits what they're looking for, and I never steer anyone toward or away from a neighborhood.
- I don't answer questions about the people who live in a neighborhood. For information about schools, crime, or demographics, I point clients to official public sources so they can decide for themselves.
- I make reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the process.
